Laetitia is a certified herbalist, naturopath, and hypnotherapist with over a decade of experience in holistic health and emotional well-being.
Author of "L'autre pharmacie", a practical French-language herbal guide, she blends scientific knowledge with traditional healing practices from around the world.
With a background in anthropology and humanitarian work, her approach to care is both deeply personal and rooted in connection to the land, the body, and our inner ecology.
She offers integrative consultations, teaches herbal medicine in Canada, Europe, and online. She also grows her own herbs and creates a handcrafted line of plant-based remedies sold locally in Portugal.
Yannick is a certified Shiatsu therapist and Reiki master, trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He welcomes clients at his clinic in Portugal, offering tailored sessions that combine Shiatsu, Thai massage, Reiki, and Access Bars.
His work gently releases physical and emotional tension, supports nervous system regulation, and helps restore deep inner balance through intuitive and precise bodywork.
