Special feature:
Through this extraordinary stay, you will discover the Sonorium which is a set of modern instruments developed by the SVARAM Institute. A workshop specialized in the design and manufacture of sound therapy instruments for over twenty years, located in the international city of Auroville in southern India. Mitia also uses ancestral instruments such as Tibetan bowls, gongs, flutes and didgeridoos.
All these instruments have in common that they make the link between the material and spiritual world, between the visible and the invisible.

Loural is located in the heart of a valley in central Portugal.
With 5 springs, 1 river and its small waterfalls, a swimming pool, a sauna and a spacious practice room, this village gives you access to many activities and discoveries. But above all, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the heart of the Portuguese nature.
General Objective:
A unique experience to discover or rediscover the power of sound through yoga. A spiritual and sensory journey where sound, movement, breathing and meditation are combined.
Specific Objectives:
2 hours of Jivamukti Yoga + 2 hours ofYin Yoga and Sound Bath every day.
Other practices explored during your workshop: Nidra yoga, Nada Yoga and initiation to Sonorium instruments...
